Keeping the Palace happy
Take one any time
The Palace is open 24/7. On your first visit, just take one. No trade needed.
Bring back complete puzzles
Return puzzles in their original box with every piece. If a piece or two is missing, write it on the lid so the next person knows.
Bag the pieces
A zip bag inside the box keeps pieces from spilling onto the shelf.
Skip damaged boxes
Please don't leave puzzles that are damp, musty, smoky, or falling apart.
If it's full, try again soon
The shelves are small. If there's no room, hang on to your puzzle and swap another day.
Close the door
Latch the door all the way so rain and critters stay out.
